"Zehers"

The children had an idea to make a grocery store. "How about Zehers?"

We spelled it the way they sounded it out. 

The fun in this dramatic play centre is the creating of it!

We made the signs

We made posters of food that we can buy

The girls going through magazines looking for food pictures

The pictures need to be posted in the grocery store

We set up shelves with real food boxes for the customers to buy

This young lady is making her shopping list. We read through flyers. We read through cook books to make lists of ingredients  we need. 

The kids are using cash registers, counting money and giving change. Lots of math concepts.
