Building...height and length

Miss M- What can we make?   M- A building!      

Miss M- who's stack of cups is bigger?    M- mine, I have 14!  (Just 1child so far)

3 children are now working together. They are stacking those cups so precariously! What could 

happen?

Uh oh, they fell over. What can we do? (Miss M)

Make it again. (M) this time they are trying a different stacking method. (A new child has come to try)

Look what we made! A Fort! 

They all did a great job of sharing, inviting new friends to join, and collaboration of ideas. They measured how many cups went across and how many cups high. Who it was taller than or shorter than.

can we make this line of straws?
